Welcome to Rockstar Physician Placement ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, located at www.rockstarphysicianplacement.com (the "Site"), as well as any recruitment, recruitment-related inquiries, candidate submissions, or permanent placement networking initiated through the Site.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you ("User," "Candidate," "Physician," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Texas and federal laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Site.
1. Description of Services
Rockstar Physician Placement operates a specialized medical recruitment and talent acquisition platform. The Site connects healthcare providers, physicians, and medical practitioners seeking full-time opportunities ("Candidates") with healthcare facilities, hospitals, medical groups, and private practices ("Clients") seeking to hire permanent talent.
2. Permanent, Contingent Placement Model
- Contingent Structure: Our recruitment services operate on a contingent placement framework. The initiation of candidate searches, resume reviews, and initial introductions via the Site do not incur a fee.
- Separate Fee Agreements: Detailed placement fee structures, guarantees, payment schedules, and candidate exclusivity terms are handled strictly privately offline. No fee schedules or corporate placement agreements are executed or bound directly through the public face of this Site.
- Master Service Agreements: Clients entering into a search relationship with us must sign a separate, offline Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Contingent Placement Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and your signed offline contract, the signed offline contract will take legal precedence.
3. Professional Disclaimers & No Guarantee
- Informational Purpose: The content, job listings, career data, and medical market descriptions on this Site are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or formal employment advice.
- No Guarantee of Placement: While Rockstar Physician Placement strives to connect premier Candidates with prospective permanent Client openings, we do not guarantee that Candidates will secure employment, or that Clients will secure a permanent hire through the use of this Site.
- Independent Verification & Credentialing: While we perform baseline screening of Candidates, the final, exhaustive background check, verification of medical education, licenses, board certifications, DEA registrations, OIG, SAM, National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) histories, and malpractice backgrounds remains the sole legal responsibility of the hiring Client facility.
4. User Submissions and Profile Security
To apply for a permanent vacancy or submit an open corporate requisition, you may be required to submit contact forms, curriculum vitae (CVs), or open job metrics.
- Information Accuracy: Candidates agree to provide completely accurate, transparent, and truthful timelines regarding their medical credentials, licensing status, board eligibility, and prior work history. Clients agree to provide accurate representation of corporate facilities and permanent salary ranges.
- Account Security: If you create a password-protected recruitment portal profile on this Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your profile or access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or compromises the professional standards of the medical recruitment process.
